is court approval needed by police commossioner for taking voice samples or voice recordings of a person during enquiry.

without the f.i.r being filed can they take voice samples.

are you sure sir,

and its just a case of a boy calli ng a gals father and apeaking nonsense,

just to trace him they have taken voice samples,

is it correct

no person shall be compelled, to give samples of blood or any thing for investigation of any case, without prior permission of the court of law.
but in certain special cases the police people collects the samples and then take the permission of the caourt later.
