Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 12 March 2010 This query is : Resolved
Que.1.I want to know from experts the idea of Anticipatory Filing 498A and DV cases against Husband on the Day of Marriage?

Que.2. Many Legal experts without going into the Details of Case if Female approach a Lawyer, the obvious advice is File 498A and DV Act so that Female and Lawyers can mint Money?

Que.3.Thus if 498A and DV cases is Filed in advance as anticipatory cases of at least the fear would keep the marriage going for longer time?

Unfortunately the ritual of marriage is no longer a holy thing, it is nothing but a mere contract in the recent times, both the bride and groom are to be blamed NOT the advocates I think you know the story of the two cats and the monkey.

No advocate approaches any party to make quarrel and then come to him and pay him money as you alleged in this forum of advocates. This a defamation against lawyers community as a whole and shows your heinous attitude towards woman folk as well as against advocates.

I dont think your quarry to be answered more than this.

Your view is absolutely wrong, no advocate advise to file a case. Now a days every body has become intelligent, first they file a case and comes to an advocate for the advise.
If you advised not to file a case then they say he is not a good advocate, he doesn't know anything.
So think properly before asking the question. MInd it Mr. Anonymus

Mr Annonymous, u have come on this forum with ur queries and seeking help from lawyers And no advocate has approached u. Advocates do not advice on their own and without cause. It is decision of client to follow advice and take their services. Nothing comes free.
But u do get ur queries answered free though u hide under the tag "annonymous"
