Dear Experts, Please let me know the Episode Involved after Wife Files False Complaint u/s498A , what happens to the Husband & Family if they are not Interested in Anticipatory Bail? What are the Episodes involved in such a scenario if someone is ready to face it Boldly without shying away from arrests(I want to know what happens in the PS and their after?

After registration of a criminal case with the police, police investigates and submits report in the court. During investigation the police may arrest the persons named in the FIR. The arrested persons are produced before the Court who may be released on bail by the Court. After completing investigation, the police if finds the case to be false may file cancellation report in the court. If the police finds sufficient material against the persons named accused, the police may file final report in the Court whereupon the court proceeds further and makes inquiry.
