Sir,
I belongs to Odisha ( tribal) wants to purchase a residential land in Jhabua of Madhya Pradesh. I want to know whether I am eligible to purchase tribal land in that place. Kindly suggest

Yes. you are eligible to purchase a land at any where as you like. Only Govt/assinged/D-patta lands cannnot be sold or purchased without the permission of the concerned authorities.

'Buyer Beware' applies to property deals.
It shall be appropriate to get proper legal opinion from a very able local senior counsel of unshakable repute and integrity specializing in revenue/property/civil/DRT matters before signing or making payment.
This may cost some FEE but can defend long term interest and hard earned monies.
