Hi. I wanted to know how to start a Software consultancy/KPO/BPO on my own. I dont have much money but I want to start some business on my own. Please tell me the complete process to start till end. Thank you.

This is the time to start a good rapport/relationship with a good labor Law Consultant/Service matters Lawyer/Law firm/CA.................and forge strong bonds.You will gain more than you invest in the long run.Your counsels can defend your interest in much better ways in fields that you do not know.
One should always have a family doctor and a good lawyer.
If you don't have sufficient funds (self or availed) thing again before you start, since eventually you have to pay all employees/associates/vendors etc in time and should not default.
It is time to do proper homework and then put in sincere efforts, hard work, smart work and fetch business,revenue,profits.

1. Arrange few thousands of rupees for investment in consulting a prudent local lawyer for starting your business.
2. Being a social service we are giving you this much of advise FREE OF COST-for which you should feel oblidged; otherwise, professionally we are to charge for any consultancy.
3. Starting a new business without having sufficient money can be advised by some CA, CS or baba; whereas, lawyers do not have such information, opinion, guidance and/or advise.

Dear Friend, Lawyer or CA do not procure business for you. They only help you in making legal compliances.
First you set up one business as per your fund position. As your business grows, help of professionals would be required.

Mr. Nikhil,
Neither complete process can be listed in a few words, nor that will be a single day's job for you to handle the affairs. You will have to go phase wise, with compliance of related laws turn by turn, besides making adequate investment.
So, first of all prepare your business plan listing aims and objects, how you plan to procure business, capital requirement and sources of funding for your business for at least first 5 years or till your business can reach break even point, and then hire services of some expert for just a few minths to guide and advise you appropriately in a phased manner till your business is established fulfilling the requirements of law.
But, as you stated, if you don't have much money, better forget the idea of doing a business, as only money makes the mare go. No business can be done without arranging appropriate funds for invstment and to get time to time appropriate guidance from some capable advisor. Without that, whatever money you have with you to invest will be lost without any chance of recovery, what to say of earning profits.
