Pls guide about the bail procedures in U.P. ? in Sec 138 NI act.

Can a defendant take a bail on personal bail bond ?

or deposit some amount in Court. As the matter is of Rs. 50000/-.

You can execute personal bond. Procedure is same every where. Appoint local advocate.
