What are the legal action are taken by non payment of pmry loans. If the person is not able to pay the sum due to closer of business and too much financial problems. The current out standing amount is 80000 approx. And. Loan amount is rs 50000 approx

If he is not able to repay the loan he may have to face the music of law meant for this purpose. You may enquire the authority granting the loans who will be able to guide you the legal consequences due to this irregularity.
