Bring the evidences in court.
If you could satisfy the court then ex parte order would be set aside.

If your wife beats you in the court with her lawyer and thus misuses her position as an advocate then you need to make a representation to the higher police officials and media so that a pressure may be build up on local police station to initiate a strong action against your wife.
Your wife cannot demand the maintenance in the given facts when she is already earning. It shall be good if you seek the information from District Court the no. of the cases she is contesting on behalf of her clients with the details of such clients which can become a base to calculate the income of your wife.
If your wife even after marrying with you prior to 2006 had mentioned herself as unmarried in her registration with Bar Council during the year 2007 as unmarried then this is an offence under section 35 of Advocates Act, 1961 so make a complaint to Bar Council of your State in prescribed format.
