In family law RCR means Restitution of Conjugal Rights. Petition for RCR is filed a spouse intending to join back the other spouse who deserted the petitioner.

Exactly. Anantha Sir has put it crystal clear. But I wish to add that RCR is enforceable subject to the family laws.

If one of the spouse living seperately and if other spouse want to live together, they the spouse who want to live together can file application before competent Family Court/Court for Restitution of Conjugal Rights
