when are charges framed?

my charge sheet has been filed,but my bail is still pending.I wanna know when are the charges framed,and when can i go for dismissal of the criminal complaint against me.

After filing the chargesheet charges will be framed, pending of bail application is not the matter. Before framing the charges you can file an application for discharge if it is dismissed then you can approach the high court.

YOU MAY KINDLY NOTE THAT CHARGESHEET IS SUBMITED TO THE COURT BY POLICE .THEN COURT WILL FRAME CHARGE AND YOU MAY SUBMIT DISCHARGE APPLICATION FOR ACQUITING YOU.COURT WILL HEAR ARGUMENTS OF BOTH ADVOCATES AND WILL DECIDE THE APPLICATION .YOU MAY APPROACH HIGHCOURT AGAINST THE SAID ORDER OF THE COURT.
YOUR BAIL APPLICATION CAN BE DECIDED BY THE COURT AT ANY STAGE.YOU MAY APPLY FOR INTERIUM BAIL TILLE IT IS FINALY DECIDED.
