I have a sale aggrement from a and a has also made a separately executed for same property duly notarized to any other person.what should I do

if you are in a Position to buy it Immediately Send a registered letter to the Seller calling him for registration.If he fails you could file Specific Performance suit in Court.Consult A local good Advocate.You need not worry about his other Commitments.

how much money have U shelled down? Filing u/s 138 has a bearing on it.U are free to file u/s 420 in the PS,and If the police is not interested in registering the case you have the choice of getting the court order u/s 156(3) crpc for registration of FIR or you can conduct the case as a private complaint.

I have a saledeed duly mentioned in the register of notary with two witness.as per saledeed I have taken passion of said property.I have given loan for above cited property.please tell me whether it will be safe to give property on rent to seller party. Saledeed will be registered as per aggrement in one year
