Wife not coming to court in 498a and dv cases

Respected Lawyers,
My brother 's wife has accused by 75 years old dad and 65 years old mom and along with brother so far out 6 court hearing she came only for 2 last time she told she wants settlement of 15 lakhs and today was the hearing she did not turn up. Both me and my brother work in IT and it is very painful to take time off, and make parents travel from hyd to banglore.
Is there any section /Clause which can give us some relief? It is very hard for my parents to travel back and forth every time and this madam does not show up . she is also working in a company called Hashed in banglaore.
Pl respected experts and lawyers as a decent citizen of this country I am begging to show us some solution to this harassement.
She did not stay in the house for 5 complete months but made our life miserable as never before.

Tell him to apply exemption for your old parents u/s 205 of cr.p.c.

Present on court hearing date exemption should be preyed to the court for old parents.
