Wife want to convert her case of section 12 field after 4 years of marriage to section 13a

My Wife Filed the Section 12 case after 4 years of marriage and now want to convert her case to Section 13 A, as I submitted for Case dismissal. IS it possible?

Is there a way this Section 12 Case will be converted to Divorce case? do we have any judgments? As Section 12 can not be maintainable after 5 years of marriage, What Stand shall I take for not allowing this transfer of Case from Section 12 to 13A.

section 12 complaint was not maintanable after 4 years of marriage . it should have been filed within one year of marriage .

you can oppose application for conversion . for judgements search in idnian kanoon .com
