Hi,
could someone help with this query about will.
my grandmother had written a will in the name of my grand father with rights to property. Now my grand father had written a will in favour of my uncle with rights to property leaving 8 others of his children. Both of them passed away.
My question is, is my grand father's will legally valid as he got the property from Grand Mother and not earned by him.
Regards.

If facts stated by you are correct then both of the WILLS are legally correct your notion that your grand father got it from his wife(say your grand mother)here does not invalidate any of the WILLS.

There are several other issues with the wills, as both of them are not written during their life time and we have proofs for this.
My only question was about rights of my grand father.

You are contradicting yourself, first you wrote your grandmother had written a will now you are saying it was made after she passed away.
Please clarify the facts so that we can opine.
