(Querist) 29 October 2015 This query is : Resolved
Sir,
I am the only daughter(Married). My parents property is going to be inherited to me.
Now i want to make a will that states after my death my property will not go to my in-laws and it will go to my parents and after my parents death also i dont want any claim from inlaws.
Is it possible to write it in will as it is all future happenings.
What kind of will should i prepare?

Please Help

I think you are unnecessarily thinking too much and that too highly prematurely.

You say that you will inherit the property from your parents. Normally the inheritance takes place only after the demise of the persons to whom the property belongs. Therefore, when your parents are very much alive, where is the question of your inheritence?

To inherit - the person owning the property must have died and the person who has to inherit must be alive.

What will happen in the future - when will the person owning the property will die, and whether the person who is supposed to inherit the property will be alive at that time or will pre-decease - is not known to anybody.

When the property is not in your hands, the question of dealing with the property by you does not at all arise.
