Will - asset without cmda approval

My uncle wrote a will favoring my sisters and for me, house situated in chennai CMDA limit, contains 3 floors, in that i got 3rd floor, first and second floor got CMDA approval ,but mine the 3rd floor is not approved by the CMDA, but the will wrote as per UDS method (flat system), is there any problem for me in future claiming my share, also advice me how to get CMDA approval for 3rd floor now?

There wont be any problem for you. You will have to get the approval from cmda.

Even though the referred property bequeathed to you it is subject to all the requisite town planning approval. You can regularise the same by paying necessary fines to the CMDA

I do endorse the advice of arup. Approval is must before legally execution of the will.
