In my will case one of the attesting witness who is also a scribe.His witness was complete and the second witness also accept his signature his witness is not complete.In this case my dadaji purchased the property from his own earnings.we have attach the original sale deed in his name. The main issues are:
(1) whether this property is self acuired or ancestral.onus on the parties?
(2)execution of the will othrwise share of the parties.

2. iF wILL IS PROVED THEN ONLY THE BENEFICIARY WOULD GET THE PROPERTY AND NO OTHER LEGAL HEIRS.
