Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 03 March 2011 This query is : Resolved 
for cancellation of will deed what is mode of payment of court fee since the will deed does not come under purview of a sale transaction or a gift transaction to take into present market valuation Hope the experts will throw some light on this aspect and enlighten me thank you in advance if the experts give the valuble sugesstions on this subject.

Before answer your question let me whether you are seeking cancellation before the court of law or you are intended to cancell the same in the sub registror office and in which state the property is situated.

If you are the testator of the Will then executing another Will would make this automatically cancelled. If you are any one else challenging the Will before the court of law then for the suit for declaration the court fees is very nominal.
