Hello... My nana make a will after the expiry of my nana... My mama shows the will which is modified means not true will.... For this can deed writer become witness or not? As my mama bribe the deed writer and become him witness... And my advocate is not clear on this matter.... Plz guide me on this matter with particular section or rules.. so that I also make clear my advocate in this matter... Thanks

A Will has to be probated in court to implement the same legally and you could plead your objections there while probating.Presently your advocate could serve a Legal Notice to the concerned party not to implement the Will basing on your claims/doubts. A Public Legal Notice regarding the same in Local News Paper also would serve your purpose.Discuss with Local Good Advocate

Your maternal uncle has shown the WILL.
It is not clear if the WILL has been submitted to the O/o Authority under whose jurisdiction property falls to act upon the WILL.

It may not be mandatory to probate the WILL at your location.
The procedure in such matters when WILL (valid WILL) has surfaced: ‘Testate Succession’ is available in O/o Authority say; MC, State Urban Development Authority……………and might also be available on website of Authority…………
The certified copy of WILL, death certificate, legal heir certificate is basic requirements and must be explained in forms/formats/procedure…………
The authority may ask to submit NOC from legal heirs {other than beneficiary (ies)} and/or ask to release newspaper publications inviting objections if any in a set time, and/or write to all legal heirs inviting objections if any in a set time………..
Thus the legal heirs may submit their objections under proper acknowledgment, if WILL has been submitted to O/o Authority.
If the WILL is contested it lands up in Probate Court of pecuniary jurisdiction.

You may approach a very able senior LOCAL counsel of unshakable repute and integrity specializing in such/Testamentary/civil matters and having successful track record and your counsel may opine to issue legal notice to Commissioner/Estate officer and shall advise you further in detail, and handle the matter.
If the beneficiary as in WILL (invalid/disputed as per your post) is submitted to probate court by your maternal uncle………………the legal heirs shall be getting opportunity to appear in Probate Court of pecuniary jurisdiction.

5 Vague and useless posts by Mr. Kumar Doab with fake ID. Of what use of his posts and saying that it does not matter if the querist is a lawyer, when he is unable to provide any solution and ultimately suggests the querist twice to approach a very able local counsel?
Through his own posts, when he suggests to approach a counsel, he openlyy admits that he is neither able nor a counsel, which is a hard fact. He is merely a fake expert with fake ID.
