Yes for different properties different will can be made, but it is waste, One will is sufficient.

yes you can.. but a single will enough.. you can cover all propertys in a single will..

The answer is in the affermative subject to the requirements of a valid will are met. As a prudent measure,it is advisable to expressly mention that a separate will deals with a different class of property.
