my self laxmikant from latur.reason:my tenant doing permit room business in my property forcefuly.i given legal notice also he not give any answer for that notice.after few days i got news my tenant submiteed my important document submitted in excise department for his license and doing duplicates signature .he running his business without our agreement.then i do criminal case on tenant.even after that he doing business in my propety. can i take stay order on his business from court or can take order for seal his business???plzzzzz help me how can i stop and seal his illegal business.

What is "permit room business"? What did you ask in the legal notice issued to the tenant? What are those important documents which your tenant has given to Excise Department?

You can prey to the court for stay on doing business if he is doing in contravention of agreement of rent also file eviction case.

permit room means bear bar shop.document 7/12 property paper,my dad's duplicate signture on noc.occupancy certifiacte,zilla paishad approval letter.

We already submitted application against tenant in excise department and taxation office,nagar parishad,collector office but noone can take legal action and no one can give correct advice. If I file rti complaint against excise department it is good???can I get positive result????

To be frank, your your story has not convinced me, as either you are not revealing full facts of the case or your query is merely an academic query
The question arises, if you believe and have the proof that he has fabricated your dad's signature, why you have not lodged a complaint with the police?
Another question arises, if the property belonged to you, how your dad's signature worked in the departments you mentioned, when he would have submitted agreement with you or the rent receipt granted by you?
THAT CLEARLY REVEALS that either you are not revealing full facts or your query is merely an academic query.
