Many people say that on the sale deed one of the witnesses should be an ADVOCATE. How far this is legally correct.

Many jobless advocates are moving around in the main hall of the Tehsil Office, Gurgaon, they only spread this news to get job as witness or agent for the sale deed registration. The witness can be anyone with proper ID proof. The Aadahar Card of the parties and the witnesses will be best ID proof for the registration of sale deed in Gurgaon district.
