First question:
Any person whether related or not can be a witness to your will, only thing is he should above 18 years of age.

He can write your will.

Registration is optional. If you have any cfamily contorversies then better register it.

Second question:
The bank has no right to delet your name. Once agin it depends on who were the signatories for opening the bank locker and account. If you are one of them the bank cannot delete your name.

Collect proper details and post it in this section of the site, the experts will help you.

A drafter of the will can be a attestor. You can ask your employees to be as a attestor. registration is not necessary but if you register the same there may be some evdentiary valuu to the exection of the will.

Please note that the registration of a will does not render it immune from challenge.
A registered will is as much liable to challenge as an unregistered will. Attestation is a different matter altogether. Attestation must be done, whether the will is registered or not.
