You can just file an appeal before first appellate authority as no such information has been provided to you within the rules.

1. You have to appeal to Appellate Authority.

2. You may also have to prove that those information are available
Advocate. Arunagiri (Expert) 14 February 2014
Your only option is to file 1st appeal as per the RTI act.

Agree, file appeal to appellate authority.

Once again write to the same authority fresh stating all the facts with necessary fees.Still if they do not reply properly then you could file with appellate authority and your issue would be simplified before them to take necessary steps.

1 I have asked details of 2007 now the person who is authorised to give details is the same person who will be found guilty if details are made public

2 who is the applet authority
Guest (Expert) 15 February 2014
Guilty or not guilty doesn't matter. He is supposed to reply.Write to him once again in detail with required fees

Yes, you can prefer an appeal if you are so much confident about the genuineness of the information provided to you.
