Wrong measurement in sale deed

Dear sir, I need suggestion..
I purchased a land which is 940 sqft actual size , whereas in sale deed mentioned as 1000 sqft ...
1) Do I need to rectification
2) how much will it cost
3) will paper value go down
I don't want to get into issues in future...

Correction deed may solve your issue.
Ask your counsel, SRO about fee etc

Harish u need to do correction deed.
U need to make approximately 6k expenditure for it.
paper value means?
Monetary value of land remain the same.

Rectification deed to be executed. Also you have paid consideration/purchase price for area 940 sq.ft or 1000 sq.ft to the seller to be checked.
