Everything is fine in document but survey is not proper . Now local survivor given report, with correct survivor number.
Can my mother gift register property with new survivor number?

But at the time of purchase of the land, the SNo wrongly mentioned then the original seller or his/her legal heirs shall execute a rectification deed in the legal heirs of your father. If the Survey Number changed recently, you can officially obtain the correlation number to the old Survey Number from the Tahsildar concerned. After obtaining the correlation number or re-survey number from the Tahsildar, you shall mention the in the sale deed the old s.no. and new s.no in the document. then only ok.

Thanks for reply,
Yes Survey numbers got changed, i had took old survey numbers list from local survivor. my old number(14/3 ) mentioned in sale deed, shows near by location, not same location. But both are same land owner, he wife sold to us. he may confused and kept same number.
Now problem is village also changing, if kept new survey number.
Land owner legal heirs are more members, all are not in same location. I'm not ware of them.

It can be made. You can mention in the schedule of property by correlating with present Survey Number. Legally valid. Explaint with registering authority before going for registration. You cannot get a rectification deed at present.
