Wrongful illegal termination by sbi life

I have been working as an Insurance agent in SBI life for the last 5 yrs. The company without issuing any show cause notice, terminated my agency and forfeited my renewal commissions. I was never given a chance to meet or explain anything as i was not informed that one of my policyholder has complained against me to the Chairman of the company. I was totally unaware of this but now frustrated to get this termination letter.
NOW, pl advice what legal remedy available with me. and i cannot bear big court fees to fight for justice. My complaint would be against the Chairman or the Branch Manager. And pl tell me about a service lawyer in karkarduma court, delhi. Thank u

The supreme court very recently passed a decision on this issue.
Raise industrial dispute through Conciliation Officer so the matter reach Labour Court cum Industrial Tribunal.
You will get relief.

You may peruse the agency agreement terms and consult a local lawyer for sending appropriate representation to the competent authority to defend your case of restoring the agency. You can also seek appropriate information under RTI SBI being a public funded institution

I respectfully disagree with expert opinion and advise since the author is not on the pay rolls of the Bank, rather he is working on commission basis which do not attract the provisions of ID Act for concilliation/Labour Tribunal for recovery of the commission due for which author has to file suit for recovery.
