138 cheque Bounce

Sir,
I have suit my case under 138 against my previous client, rs 100000 one lakh, but he is not receiving samans, this time we sent him saman through registered ad, and I have doubt on my advocate also is not giving interest and my case reason could be many. even though I have paid 90% amount of of said fees.

I want to know so how we can and make him present in court?

and should I change my advocate?

very simple brother! if u have sent summons through registered post u can get ad card produce it to the court on the hearing date! more over u can appear before the court as party in person. try to talk to ur advocate if he can't take up the case request him to give change of vakalath

In which court the case is Pending ? It is in Delhi.

Get a second opinion from any other advocate working in the same court and if you are having his What's App or e mail ID you can also serve such notices in electronic mode.
