i have filed 8 cases for cheque bounce on two partners of my previous business partners. now my question is do they  have to appear in court on each case day or their lawyer will come on each time.

is it compulsary to come on each court date for accuse or he can send lawyer in his place for running this case ?

he come for FEW DAYS NOW HE AND HIS LAWYER IS WASTING TIME BY NOT COMING ON EACH CASE DAY . THEY ARE JUST COMING ON FEW DATES NOT ALL .

WHAT SHOULD I DO FOR THIS IN COURT MY TIME , MONEY AND ENERGY IS WASTING DUE TO THESE TACKTICKS ?????

This to be brought in to notice of hon judge with prev incidences and plead for malafide intent thru act.

or execute a POA with permission from Court ( after filing petition before the court, explaining your other commitments)

Give application for warrant on accused on each date.

It is not very essential that the accused has to appear befre the court on each and every date of hearing.  His lawyer can manage his absence under the provisions of a petition filed under section 317 cr.p.c.
