how to get copy of complain from police during investigation which lodge under 156(3) crpc otherwise how I know what allegations raise against me in the complain and how I give statement.
On summoning by police you will be informed about the complaint and an inquiry will be conducted by police.
If you want to have a copy of the complaint then you can get it from court by filing a copy application.
