354 D is that boy have to face court trail or process?

I got bail 2month ago...there is taking lot time for chargesheet..I think it wil b closed or wil get settle by police ...but If it go to court for trail then...is it legal process to attend by her family too? R they wil come or wil FaCE d trail?

If chargesheet is filed, case will go on trial, both parties should attend.

Once chargesheet is filed in the court then the case will run as other criminal cases run in the court , both the parties have to come on hearing dates .

ON what basis do you feel that the case will get settled? If it is because of a mutual settlement arrived at between the parties, then you could try approaching the High Court and seek quashing of the FIR.

Otherwise the trial shall naturally ensue.

@auguatine bcz she came and talked with me that her family only know that she lied.. Her family and she also wanna case to close till trail n all. They r wil insecure for there image.. She said call her dad Thor anyone n request to get settle..
