Hi Bani Sir, 

I have checked with date of year, as I do not know my Father-in -Law Date of birth, only in aadhar card it is mentioned his name and last name with year of birth, because of this I could not get his details, what to do, In TEP(Tax Evasion Petition) can I mention his Aadhar card number instead of his PAN number, any other way to get his PAN number

Experts, I need your response Please!! Last month magistrate asked to counter file for DVC, this month July 18,I have to file counter. My lawyer is telling me that he will not file any counter, he will be requesting only for the next date. My wife did not even filed affidavit and not attached any evidence to the forms. Shall I submit the audio evidence with affidavit on July 18 for counter file, I do not want to delay the case, why to delay, if I submit the counter with affidavit & original evidence to the megistrate, is it a good idea to submit before the trial start. Because, I am 100% confident that I am going to win this case Or else do you want me to wait until the trial period starts in the court. Shall I tell my lawyer, that I am having this audio evidence? -- Thank you

Then file CrPC 91 to file her affidavit.

Then file Perjury with all of your evidences.

Most of the lawyers misleads their clients and keep the problem going on to earn money wrongfully. That is the reason I always advise to file in-person or file with any good relative of you.

Hello Bani Sir, Hope you are doing great :) My lawyer has requested next date to magistrate,approved for August 8th, that is the final date for counter file Three days back, I have received a call from CI from police station for settlement of case, I said the case is already pending in the court, he said to come to the police station and speak to him. I did not reply back to him On Court date, i.e.July 18, 2014 my father in law lawyer met with my lawyer and requested to compromise the case in front of me, so father lawyer introduced my father in law to my lawyer. My father in law, begging to my lawyer to compromise and settle the case My lawyer, intentionally pending the case, we said if my father in law really want to settlement/compromise the case, than he has to withdraw all the cases and he has to come to my family members to say sorry in-front of all my relatives and society members. I need your suggestion in this, FYI we are not at all interested to compromise the case -- Thanks

My personal opinion is, please not allow them to come again in your life. If they come then they may create more dangerous problem in future.

Sir, I do not know how file the tax evasion petition, could you please help me the format of TEP. I am from Hyderabad, as I do not know to whom, I have to send the TAX evasion petition, first I need the format 2) I have my father in law Aadhar card number but, how to get his PAN card number, I tried his PAN number from income tax website, there i have to give father in law full date of birth, but in aadhar card i have only his year of birth let me know how to find it ... please sir

It is hard to get anybodies personal information. Please talk to any senior tax consultant.

I need your suggestions

Me the A1 myself Praveen, my wife filed 498a case including A2-Mother, A3-Father, A4 -Sister, A5- Brother, A6-Maternal Uncle and A7-Parental Uncle

Trial is going to start in the month of Sep-17-2014, My sister A4 got married and she is living with her husband in abroad including A5 Brother

Now my sister and brother -in-law want to come India due to some family issues, 2 months back my sister & brother had sent Power of attorney, my lawyer applied for Anticipatory bail for both sister and brother they got approved and they are ready to come India in second week of September

Now my lawyer is saying that police might take their passports from them, because they are facing criminal case under 498a

let me know, are (Police) going to take their passports, because my brother/Sister  is doing job in abroad, we do not want them to disturb their job

In case if police ask to hand over the passports, is there any procedure to stop this process

I think you are new to Indian laws and their one sided effects.

You still don't know that you are a NRI guy who has been trapped in Legal extortion game by the way of biased one sided women friendly law.

From your initial post which you are alleging that why my FIL done like this?

Dude, you are under the game of extortion of money.

Without any delay file a suit of extortion,threat , fraud, and threat of life and limb before CJM court of your local jurisdiction.

What ever evidences you have is handy in you all cases.

This all happened because you and your family was not aware of these flourishing racket of legal prostitution under the sacred relationship so called as marriage.

Your wife is prostitute and your FIL is her PIMP.

and yes, just follow the advices of Mr.Rocky it will be useful for you.

PS: Fight your cases with tooth and nail, don't bow down against any illegal demand of their,let her beg on your feet to ask her freedom.

Just go through last 1 year threads on 498a,bail,AB,quash,Revision,MCD,Divorce,DVA2005,maintenance etc.

Make yourself well equipped with basic criminal laws and family laws which will be very useful for you in your long run.

I got you what ever you said, just want to know can police will ask to hand over my brother passport and sister passport after coming to India, already Anticipatory Bail has got approved from the court.

If, in case Police ask for their passports, want to know weather to handover it or any procedure to stop giving this passports.
