It is a privilege and not as a matter of rights of the applicant to move the Supreme Court against the Judgment of High Court in Civil or Criminal case etc. Once it is rejected second SLP can not be filed.Rejection does not mean that it lays down the law unless such rejection is with reasons which affirms the high courts judgments.
