What are the provisions in the Indian law for a man wanting to adopt (and lend his family name to) male/female, teenage/adult children of a woman who he wishes to marry (both man and woman are divorcees).
Can a young adult woman who has attained the age of 18 years age give her consent to such adoption and/or change of family name without the biological father's consent?
