Adultery case

Hello ,

I need some suggestion. I used to talk to a lady in night sometimes , but very rarely.

Now her husband had filed a adultery case against me ? Can court ask for the call records to service providers?

Is that be a evidence for adultery ? because i never spoke anything wrong.

Is there anyway to get conversation between us , so that i can prove that , I never talked anything wrong with her?

Yes it is an offence. Why do u want to trouble and disturb the life of married couple ? .Who r u to decide whether it is wrong whatever u spoke ?

This is not such a big crime attracting the provisions of offences relating adultery.  However, it is wrong on your part to talk to somebody's wife for hours during the night time that too without the knowledge of her husband.  If your intentions were good, you would not have chose the night time. Challenge the case, infact the police would not have entertained the complaint in the absence of concrete evidence. (?)

1. This is not a case of adultery,

2. Check the complaint lodged by him and prepare your reply,

3. Relax.
