Advice on interim maintenance allegations

My wife not ready to stay with me filled false caw complaint and more or less same false dowry case for maintenance.

Will family court give me chance to prove my side before coming to any conclusion ?

Me and my family never ever asked any dowry.

She has put my salary false, she cannot prove.

Need serious advice.

SV you will get full chance to cross examin her and to bring out the truth , you can also ask The evidences in support of her allgation at The time of renaming of charges , if she had given wrong and false information on oath then file perjury case u/s 340 crpc in the same court.

Mr Qureshi tried all possible means of mediation they seems to be shown some fantasy settlement dreams by someone. Is there any legal way of mediation?
