i want to know whether an advocate enroll in a State Bar council of a particular state, then can he/she practice to other state or any other high court?

sec-30 of advocates act metioned that right to practise throught the territories to whivh this act extends- in all courts including SC.

can a advocate need to transfer his enrolment to other state bar council when he/she practice in different high courts?

kindly clear me above.....

Dear Mr. Paul,

yes you are right that once we get enrolled as an advocate we can practice and appear in any court of law of land including the SC but a condition is prescribed under various hIgh Court rules (or may be given under the advocates act since i dont remember exactly) says that once you practice for more than six months in any state other than yours, you are bound to transfer your enrollment to that state.
