how an advocate will be liable if he puts signature of his client in a bail petition and files it , due to the absence of his client.

I will explain, if father lives in delhi and his son lives in chandigarh and father wants to construct a house in chandigarh and also opens a bank account in chandigarh in his name only and if for payment of expenses for the said house, father instructs his son to put his (fathers) sign on the cheque and hence son puts the sign of his father on the cheque and withdraws the said amoount, it is no forgery...
