After ab ..next waht ?

Sir 

I got anticipatory bail from HC Mumbai in 498a case . Now what is next step in 498a case.

1) how much time spent to file CS in Session court by police.

Congrats,You need to report to IO for investigations .

If recovery has  not been effected (assuming 406 to be there)  filing of CS may take 2 to 3 months else 1 month.

It will be of tremendous help if you hire a well connected lawyer to accompany you during investigations.

You have to join investigation hence u contact ur IO.  And keep your eye on the matter, because anticipatory is conditional hence IO will serve you notice before arrest.  Thereafter u have apply for regular bail.

Under investigations IO will take your statement under crpc161. Take certified copy of AB and 2 Local suretys to IO and give your statements. regards ASHOK
