See maam you can find specimens on the net but you have to discuss with him the scope of audit and then draft the audit engagemant letter. He will have to abide by the auditing standard.

There is no special agreement format you can dratf as per the terms you have agreed stating the period for which he is being hired and the fees that has been fixed and stating therein the work that he agrees to undertake at such fees like finalising the accounts/signing the Balance sheet/submitting the IT returns etc.

Only thing to remember is that all clauses you need to incorpoerate must appear in the  agreement.
