Andhra Inam abolition Act - regularization

Hi,

I 3 acres of land last year. When I applied for pass books, I found out that it is Inam land. Can you please suggest me the options I have? Can i regularize it per Andhra Inam abolition act?

you did not mentioned wjether it is service inam, estate inam, zamindari inam. whether your vendor obtained rytwari patta or not. you can approach the settlement office for ryotwari patta under IA Act. the joint collectors are designated as settlement officers at present.

Thanks Krishna! This is Endowment land. MRO declined ryotwari patta.

I want to file case on seller. I have quick question. Can you help? I have bought the land for 13 Lacs but was registered for 4 Lacs per Govt valuation. I have copy of agreement showing that 13 Lacs was the price we agreed upon. In court will there be a problem for me for under payment of stamp duty? Is it only penalty or will there be any criminal case against me?
