Any possibility of case

Dear Experts, My friend's husband is having an extra marital affair and deserted her. Recently she wrote to the company where her husband's GF/other woman is working informing them about her relationship with her husband,that she is in live in relation with him. Experts please let know if her husband or his girlfriend can file any complaint or case against my friend. She emailed the company officials when her talks with the other woman and her parents failed, infact they wanted my friend to divorce her husband. Please help experts. Thank you.
