Appeal under DV Act

My spouse filed petition under DV Act which was without territorial jurisdiction and barred by limitation. The same were mentioned in WS as preliminary objections. Court denied interim relief to my spouse and dismissed her application but maintainability of petition was not discussed and a only passing reference was given about my preliminary objections. Now my spouse has preffered appeal under Section 29 and I m to submit my reply.
My query is that whether I can challenge the maintainability even in my reply or I my reply should be restricted to her appeal only. whether I have to file separate appeal for my objections
