appellate court

My appeal for bigamy suit is dismissed in court of 4 th additional judge and JMFC at a district in karnataka.i would like contest against the judgement .may i know which is the appellate court and what is the appeal period

The District and Sessions Court is the appellete court.

The appelalte court shall be the District and sessions court, you may have to prefer an appeal within 90 days from the date of judgement.
