Dear Members
Suppose an agrement btw 2 companies containing Arbitration clause expired in 2005. The transactions btw the companies were made during 2006- 2008. Whether the arbitration clause would be effective for the dispute arisen with regard to the transactions made forthis period.

but were the transaction dated in 2006 to 2008 were carried out with respect to the agreement expired in 2005. Secondly if not, then the transaction of 2006 to 2008 must be with respect to new agreement, then it is evident that the arbitration clause of new agreement will be applicable.
