Arbitration - major and minor ?

I was asked by a friend "what does it mean by Minor & Major arbitration". I have never come across this in my career and I could not find any such definitions or wordings in Indian Arbitration Act or any related documents.

Could any of the esteemed members guide me on this?

This term is used in US. For minor commercial disputes the arbitration should be sort out within 10 business days.this arbitration called as minor arbitration. Another is major arbitration which we are well known by we people.
