I was a seller on the e- commerce portal
ASK ME BAZAAR and have dues around INR 3 LACS that are still to be paid.
I have filed numerous RTI'S regarding the status of the company or possible updates about the company.
Is there any possibility of the outstanding s being paid?
I have been in touch with no of other sellers who have filed no of cases but there has not been any response. Also there office in Noida is locked with only the security personnels of the building.
Is there any concrete action that can be taken against the owners?
