Sir, After the divorce case, can i buy property in my name? maintenance case is still in progress. would that have any bearing on my assets? i am already paying her monthly maintenance and she has accommodation too. so, i am not sure how maintenance case will be decided. kindly help to understand the issue sir. thanks.

if you divourse your wife than you buy new property that s not any impact on you case
but if you wait till you maintiance case end than yu buy its much better than at all
