Sir,
My wife filed a 498A & 307 case against me and my family members. I was arrested and later on released on bail.I reside in Kolkata. My sister resides in Mumbai. She did not surrender. The Police has filed a charge sheet against her and the lower court has issued arrest warrant against her.
We are now planning to go to the High Court, Kolkata and get bail for her

HC may not entertain the application.
Ask her to surrender before the lower court and then try to get bail.
