Anticipatory Bail condition requires " furnishing personal bond in a sumof Rs.25,000/with one surety in the like amount" - What does that mean?
Two FDs have to be deposited - one by accused for Rs 25,000 and one more by surety for Rs 25,000 or only surety has to deposit one FD of Rs 25,000?
